I'm getting the same message: Uh-oh - try again in a few minutes, Uh-oh, try again in 54 minutes, Uh-oh - try again in an hour. There is no logical reason for this. I log into and have been logging into the same account once or twice a day for years and years. The password is regularly updated.
I've already deleted all cookies and prior history and shut down and restarted the computer with no luck several times. I also tried to login to the email account mentioned from my cell phone, but it did not work. I get the message "Uh Oh we can't sign you in right now. Please try again in a while" on my cell phone, too.
