Imo GladiusEx is the best addon for arena, it does everything from cooldown tracking to highlights for specific conditions to debuff tracking on enemy frames and once you've set up enemy frames to track everything that you would want to track in arena, you can mirror the whole thing to do the same with party frames

It shows a health bar, a mana bar below the health bar (optional), a cast bar below the mana bar (optional), a class icon to the left side of the health bar (optional) and important buffs and crowd control durations (optional, overlays the class icon).
