Yes, but the Portal 2 GLaDOS doesn't have those huge spinning rings at the top. I mean, she does have a a ring, but not like three, spinning. Also, the Portal 2 GLaDOS is missing the four huge monitors at the top.
The original GLaDOS model in Portal was largely static and only wobbled from side to side. With Portal 2, a new model was required which could emote while talking and telegraph various reactions and moods. So she was redesigned, like the cubes, fizzlers and wall panels from Portal 1.

The chronicles of glados is a mod due out in fall 2012 if done by then. This mod is the remaking of portal 1 for Portal 2 source engine, it utiilizes advanced lighting and even new box droppers!
A mod that not only remakes Portal 1 in Portal 2, but also hopes to add new stuff to it as well. Current planned features include: -Completely retextured and rebuilt main test chambers. -Completely brand new BTS areas. -Brand new maps at beginning of mod.
