21 Απρ 2015 · As you can see, people here are not generally in favor of ClipDraw because nearly everyone carries a Glock with a round in the chamber. ClipDraw leaves the trigger uncovered, which creates the possibility for negligent discharge. Using ClipDraw with the trigger uncovered is only safe, in my opinion, when carried in Condition 3.
9 Φεβ 2010 · The idea that a Glock would be a bad choice for a clipdraw is funny to me. If a Glock is no good for it then all the others are even worse for it. External safeties are exposed to moving surfaces - body/belt/whatever. Would hate to have a "cocked and locked" turn into "cocked and ready to rock".
28 Φεβ 2012 · I carried all day long yesterday with just the installed clipdraw and a saf-t-blok behind the trigger with one in the chamber without any issues, problems or worries. I honestly don't it would ever be an issue as long as you keep your finger off the trigger until your ready to pull it.
10 Φεβ 2014 · The best setup for a clipdraw is to pair it with a MIC holster.. Or VanGuard. That's the only way I would ever consider a clipdraw
2 Μαρ 2010 · My opinion is the clip draw is junk and not a safe way to carry. Criminals usually do not use a holster not a rule but usally. My opinion is a responsible gun owner does not carry a firearm in a way that it can be dropped or have an AD. Would like to hear your experience.
11 Νοε 2013 · The Clipdraw is great... train with it and learn to safely carry while using it. You will hear from a bunch on "safer than thou" as expected who will insist that you use a trigger guard with it or an open trigger is unsafe (as you can read in the post above), but it isn't necessary at all.
22 Ιουλ 2009 · #1 · Jul 22, 2009. As you may know, the Clipdraw functions like one of those Kel-Tec belt clips, except that, instead of screwing into the frame, you mount it on some sort of super-duper-scientific tape (either to the frame or the slide, depending on the piece).
