22 Μαΐ 2023 · Gmail on Outlook - Slow to sync. Hi Guys, Saw multiple posts online on slow syncing of Gmail used on Outlook. I tried these settings and the sync is incredibly fast! So thought of sharing hoping others can avoid the frustration. I had the same issue of slow syncing for Gmail on Outlook. What worked for me was changing Server Port numbers:
