A golden cape is a tradeable rare item that is rewarded by completing the Golden Cape Hunt. It is created by combining eight golden cape shards obtained during a four-week period between 30 May 2023 to 25 June 2023.

Golden cape shards are used to create a golden cape at the Wise Old Man during the Golden Cape Hunt. Eight shards are needed in order to do so, with each shard valued at 2,473,952. They can be obtained by completing various activities in the game and can only be obtained on a member's world.
