Missed quite a bit of tank items. Dabiri's trinket, Regal Protectorate, Ravenguard neck, Myrmidon's Headress, Shat'ari armguards, Horn's of the Illidari. All easy to get before you go into the harder instances.
Horde - Right now it's Orc because of Axe expertise, in Sunwell it's Troll because the best tanking weapon in the game is a sword, so you might as well take the berserking cooldown. Otherwise Tauren for the 5% health, less of a concern these days.

Your gear is built around two incredibly important sets - the Beastlord set, and the crafted Primalstrike set. The Beastlord set is BiS with its 4-piece bonus until Tier 5, making it the highest priority to farm early on.
