The Golden Horde Captain was voiced by Christopher Willis, Community Manager for Pirate101. In-game, the Golden Horde Captain is a Rank 22 Life Boss encountered at the end of the Sacred Yarn Temple instance during the instance quest "Gold Meddlers".
Tung-Ak is the General of the Golden Horde, a group of barbaric Horse-Lords from the Grassy Steppes of MooShu. He sought after the Stone of Heaven, a Shard of Novus that appeared over Catmandu, a reclusive region of MooShu.

In the Monastery, Moo Bu and the Wizard encountered the Golden Horde's leader, Tung-Ak. The Wizard fought Tung-Ak's Colonel and saved the String Caster, who said that the purpose of the Stone of Heaven was to destroy them all.
