I use Goo-Net. I usually search by chassis code, then sort by prefecture within the parameters I want. As long as you're paying in cash, it's pretty simple and painless. I view them less as dealerships, and more as car lots with cleaned up cars from the auction.
I have had a great experience with Goo Net. I Purchased my 2002 Subaru Legacy B4 from them around August 1st and received it here in Denmark on December 28th . A special thanks to Shinya which I was in regular contact with throughout the whole process through both mail, whatsapp and phone calls.

Yes, the sites are legit, but they can't guarantee that you get a good car or that everything goes smoothly. You still have to manage a lot of the import process yourself.
exchange.goo-net.com/ to import a car ?? Are they a "Kosher" service/Co. - it seems to be a leap of faith that you order a car in Japan via a website and it turns up at a dockyard in a month or so's time after having handed over a few grand via a bank transfer
