Great Stuff™ Insulating Foam Sealant fills, air-seals and insulates gaps up to 1" inside or out. Expands to take the shape of cracks and voids to form a durable, airtight and water-resistant bond that eliminates unwanted airflow and helps reduce condensation.
If the foam has not cured or hardened, use fingernail polish remover (with acetone); a polyglycol-based skin cleanser or corn oil may be effective. Then wash with soap and plenty of water. If the foam has hardened, there is no solvent that will remove it.
1 Ιουν 2011 · Pros: Many brands are paintable, but the biggest pro of the GREAT STUFF™ brand is that it can be trimmed after it cures, which is a huge win for beginners like me. Previous foam sealant products that I’ve used have to be formed before curing and can’t be sanded.
