21 Ιαν 2013 · On my mac, I often try to go to Google.com and chrome gives me an error: "You attempted to reach www.google.com, but instead you actually reached a server identifying itself as www.apple.com. This may be caused by a misconfiguration on the server or by something more serious.
11 Οκτ 2021 · Even though my systems have a newer version of OpenSSL installed using homebrew and/or MacPorts, the system-wide OpenSSL pem file located at /etc/ssl/cert.pem was out of date and did not include the ISRG Root X1 certificate. The solution: Rename /etc/ssl/cert.pem to something else. (I suggest /etc/ssl/cert.pem.org)

25 Σεπ 2015 · I can't connect to google.com via HTTPS on any browser (Safari, Firefox or Chrome). All other sites (HTTPS or not) are fine. The error I get is ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED in Chrome, Secure Connection Failed in Firefox. Both curl and OpenSSL via command line also fail:

Firefox (most up-to-date ESR version) displays SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP error, while iMazing can't download updates due to SSL error, and the App Store too can't download updates while claiming SSL error.
