This article covers troubleshooting steps for logging in and resetting your password on app and through the web. Logging in via the app will re-direct you to a web-view where you will be encouraged to enter your Gaia GPS credentials. Your Outside and Gaia GPS account will share the same credentials.
On the Login Screen, select the Forgot Password Button. On the next screen, enter the email address associated with your account and press the Send Email Button. You will receive an email shortly with login instructions.
To Log in using username, enter the username. Enter your password. Tap Login. Login with PIN. Once you are logged out or the screen is locked, tap anywhere on the POS display to enable the PIN Log in screen. Enter the 4 to 6 digits PIN that you created the first time you logged in to the POS app. App will sync and log in.

Reset your password after you login. After you login you can change your password on your User Profile. In the first instance you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address associated with your user profile. Click on the link in the email to enter a new password.
