27 Σεπ 2019 · At check-out, I found that there was an incorrect charge in my bill. It was a take-out dinner bill. I told the front desk to dispute it. The staff said they would look into it and update after a couple of days. However, this fraud charge still appeared in my credit card transaction.
8 Μαΐ 2024 · They charge you $15 for parking. $.90 cents for tax for that. They add in a $9.99 amenity fee. Then $8 for amusement tax! I bought my tickets a year ago. They tried to charge me at the door! Then charged me again once I went! Now I'm on the phone and they are trying to fight me on reimbursement!
11 Σεπ 2024 · They are scam artists and ripped us off entirely and entered the room with out permission. Be aware of outstanding fees that are illegitimate and false promises and poor accomodation, and apparentely intruders accessing the unit when you leave, no safes, no respect from these people! unbelievable.
