28 Αυγ 2024 · Creamy, rich and smooth cheesecake made with Kraft cream cheese. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in sour cream.
Preheat oven to 350°F if using a silver 8- or 9-inch springform pan (or to 325°F if using a dark nonstick 8- or 9-inch springform pan). Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup of the sugar. Press firmly onto bottom and 2-1/2 inches up side of pan; set aside.
Combine graham crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust. Bake 55 min. or until center is almost set.
Heat oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.
