GRiST was designed to reduce the amount of free text to a minimum. It is far quicker to give a quantitative answer for a specific risk item than it is to write out the item and its answer in free text within a more general answer box, as many assessment tools require.
Learn how to create a beautiful form view to collect data that will populate a Grist data table upon submission.
To get started with Grist you’ll first need to create a document. Each document can store different kinds of data, so think of it as a collection of related data. You can start from scratch or import existing data. Click the “Add New” button on the home screen and choose either “Create empty document” or “Import document”.
GRiST integrates patient data, mental-health practitioners expertise and empirical evidence to sup-port comprehensive clinical risk evaluations, risk formulations, and safety plans.
The form widget allows you to collect data in a form view which populates your Grist data table upon submission.
