You need to make the same gsc name with folders, exemple if you want edit the "_art.gsc" his fullname is "maps\mp\_art.gsc" then create the folder "maps", create the folder "mp" in the maps folder, and place the gsc on it. Drop the folder maps created in the GSC Studio popup (Drag and drop it, or select via the dialog). It should works. Done.
