The GT Outpost is a mountain/hybrid bike with an aluminum, chromoly and steel GT / Tange frame. The frame comes in colors like red, sand and teal. Originally released in 1993, there are 14 versions of this bike.
13 Μαρ 2013 · on that note as well, you could get a newer-ish fork with disc mounts and run a front mechanical disc, you can get a used bb7 for less than $20 a lot of times. not necessary but a nice upgrade... don't get a used headset though, they are so cheap just get a new one.
14 Απρ 2010 · Things I am looking into are a suspension fork (80mm Dart 2), linear-pull cantilever brakes, and new tires. Can anyone offer up opinions or guidance? Is it even possible to get a suspension fork for this bike?

The Outpost Trail has 7,6 speeds and has a Shimano derailleur. Wheels. It comes with knobby, semi, Maxxis Cheng Shin tires (26in x NaN) and double-wall Weinmann rims.
This bike is equiped with 26 x 2.10" multi-terrain tires and Steel spoke wheel while the rims are manufactured by Weinmann 4019, 32-hole. GT equiped this exact model with Shimano Altus brakes, aluminum levers braking system and Front: aluminum quick release, Rear: Shimano cassette, nutted hubs.
