First you install the OIV version, right after you have to install the HeapAdjuster and a new Gameconfig that works for your game version. The OIV resets your Gameconfig for some reason. Once you've done that, install the dlcpacks to mods folder as per described in README file. And add rows to dlclist.
I installed Liberty City V Remix mod on my copy of GTA V and I get an error on the loading screen. Does someone have a fix for this, I'm on version 3095 and I've searched for so so many solutions but no luck.
