Need help with this Connection issue. Last night i hosted a lobby for B1 and my friends had lag during security scan alarms and i should mention that I didn’t know the game is peer to peer and my internet speed was slow for hosting.
If I want to host a lobby, I get kicked out and all of my connections to Steam, Discord, etc. get lost. I am also unable to join a lobby of a friend. If I try to leave the game the normal way, it crashes. Every other online or multiplayer game works fine. I am pretty confused.
One of my friends has the same issue. We didn't find a fix, though it seems like simply waiting for it to retry for a while causes it to connect eventually. Hope this gets fixed soon. Check out my comment, I found a fix for me: https://www.reddit.com/r/GTFO/comments/fsi1wn/comment/fm1mj9o?context=3.
Even now that Rundown 2 is out, when I start the game i have a 50:50 chance that I get a screen with Network Error: No Connection. My internet connection is fine and I already tried pretty much everything I can think of: - Restart game/pc/router. - ipconfig release/renew. - reinstall the game.
A: Make sure you're not trying to play the GTFO Beta, because that app is obsolete and won't connect. B: Make sure your internet connection is stable and that there are no hiccups in your physical internet connection. Try restarting your router.
31 Μαρ 2020 · you need to have a online connection to be able to play GTFO Retrying... I get all the time this now, is there a server problem with the game?
29 Αυγ 2022 · 1. Delete the GTFO AppData Folder. 2. Wait After Sometime. 3. Reset The PC. Fix: GTFO Network Error – No Connection. If we take a quick look at the GTFO subreddit forum, even after rebooting the game multiple times and restarting Wi-Fi, nothing seems to be fixed by the players manually.
