Welcome to the Maryland Consumer Protection Complaints Portal. Our online complaint portal requires a one-time registration to file a complaint. Only an email and password are required. You can register for an account by clicking “Register” in the top right corner.
The Consumer Protection Division mediates most complaints about goods, services or credit obtained for personal, household, family or agricultural purposes. If we can mediate your dispute, your complaint will be assigned to the first available mediator once we receive your documents.

If your complaint is accepted, the Consumer Advocate will attempt to mediate the problem between you and the business or merchant involved, and to assure compliance with Guam laws.
