13 Αυγ 2024 · Ohio’s gun laws define legal ways to transport firearms for everyone, including those with a concealed firearm permit. First, knowingly discharging a firearm in a motor vehicle is illegal. Second, knowingly transporting a loaded handgun in a motor vehicle in a way in which a person can access it without leaving the vehicle is against the law.
