Highly unlikely. We actually have a solid timeline for Seed. The morning/sea sickness moment your talking about takes place on March 3rd of CE71, and Flay dies on September 26th, so she'd be pushing 7 months pregnant. She'd absolutely have a baby bump if that was the case.
