The six spectra are as follows, an electron impact Mass spectrum (EI-MS), a Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR), a 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrum, a 13C NMR spectrum, a laser Raman spectrum, and an electron spin resonance (ESR) spectrum.
The Spectral Database for Organic Compounds (SDBS) is a free online searchable database hosted by the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Japan, that contains spectral data for ca 34,000 organic molecules. [1]
Solid-State NMR Spectral Database (SSNMR_SD) This database accumulates NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) spectra of a number of nuclei in mainly solid samples. Below is a database that NMIJ maintains and provides to public users as well as researchers through the world.
This is a comprehensive spectrum database contain-ing approximately 32,200 organic compounds. A total of six kinds of spectrum are covered – the 1H magnetic nuclear resonance (NMR) spectrum, 13C NMR spectrum, Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR), mass (MS) spectrum, Raman spectrum, and electronic spin resonance (ESR) spectrum.
National Metrology Institute of Japan, AIST Raman and ESR spectra have been discontinued. Currently, activities on four kinds of spectral data of MS, IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR have been continued along with the management of compound information, and these spectral data and chemical information are disclosed to the public[2].
