Colectivo - bus station around the time the Trinidad bus goes. Private driver - if you're in a casa, they can probably recommend a driver. Fuel availability will probably limit what's on offer. I just did a quick check on Viazul and availability looks fine for the 15th. https://viazul.wetransp.com
