In story mode just about anything is safe in terms of the anti cheat, there’s a single player version of stand, menyoo, native trainer and you can use ASIs with scripthookiv. every mod from www.gta5-mods.com is safe, they get tested before they get accepted on there, filter by trainer my fav is menyoo and advanced native trainer.
