Hello! If you have been requested to complete KYC, it's the only way to proceed to have your account restored to functionality. If KYC reveals that you are a US citizen/resident, you'll have 14 business days to withdraw your funds before closing the account, as we cannot provide our services to customers from the US.
I am a US citizen and was unaware that HitBTC no longer accepts US citizens on the platform. This should have been made clear BEFORE I deposited from a different wallet. I submitted all the requirements via the KYC form and it got approved and got an email saying I have 14 days to withdraw my funds from the exchange.
