Poor customer service. Poor customer service, charge for delivery even though on their website states free delivery for orders over £50. I also wish I had read these reviews before using them. Date of experience: 05 September 2024. Useful.
I paid for a e-giftcard and called Hockey Direct several times because the e-card / email never arrived. They kept saying it had been sent which was infuriating. I asked for an email confirming they would issue a refund but guess what - that never arrived either.
I’ve ordered jerseys off like Ali Express and DHGate and never had a problem. And this site looks way more legit. Anyways, I paid through PayPal, which I haven’t ever done, and it sends me a receipt an email an order number etc.
