To set up MyTomTom on your computer, do the following: Connect your computer to the internet. Start a browser and go to tomtom.com/getstarted. Click Get Started. You may have to select your country to continue. On the left hand side, click Download MyTomTom.
On your computer, open a web browser and go to tomtom.com/getstarted. Click Get Started. Click Download MyDrive Connect. Follow the instructions on the screen. When prompted, connect your GO to your computer using the USB cable supplied, then switch your GO on. Note: Use ONLY the USB cable supplied with your GO. Other USB cables may not work.
You can now access TomTom MyDrive Connect from the notification area on your desktop. TomTom MyDrive Connect starts automatically when you connect your TomTom GO COMFORT to your computer.
