Applicants must carefully fill in the Application Form online at http://yos.istanbul.edu.tr by using Application System between the application dates to get their Applicant Number. The responsibility of the consequences resulting from misinformation while filling the application form belongs entirely to the applicant.
Istanbul University will accept international students with international entrance exams and diploma scores (SAT, ACT, GAOKAO, EGE, TR-YÖS and ABITUR, MATURA, FRENCH BACCALAUREATE, IB, GCE-AL) as of 2023. You can apply online until 20 July 2023.
To access the Application System later, email address of the applicant will be used as the username. The digital version of the applicant’s self-photo must be attached to the relevant section on the application form.

In 30 days period after students arrive in İstanbul are supposed to get an appointment for residence permit. The students who do not have EU passports must apply for student visa with a letter of acceptance which is sent by us. For more information please contact the consulate in your country.
