I run a 4 camera Livestream to Facebook of car racing (Drifting) between the 2 pages it streams on we have ~8000+ unique followers. Our stream consistently has 12-15 realtime viewers with a total after the feed of around 250 unique views.
However, it'd be nice to know details about what constitutes a view in the context of a video post. Videos can play automatically even if you're just scrolling by without watching them. Are video views only counted if the user watches a certain number of seconds of the video?
For visibility on your streams (I mean from an algorithm point of view) engagement should be your main focus. Reactions, comments, and shares* (more on this in a second). This shows Facebook people like your content and they will help spread it to people’s home feeds and recommended.

I have been making FB live videos for myself, setting viewing privacy to 'Only Me'. If I want to share the video later, I change the setting to 'Friends'. I made a video last night with privacy settings to 'Only Me', but it shows that there have been 4 views. I would expect 1 view if only I can see the video.
