A view is when someone clicks on the post and is taken to the post landing page. I'm not sure if views only count once, I would assume it would be every visit because it's a page view counter. People without accounts count. 1. true.
The best answer I can give you is that the video page catches up to the analytics page. So I am going to deduce that the video page is behind due to some technicality. It would be nice if they matched however.
