It seems they do. I just tested this by creating and uploading a new video to my channel and keeping it unlisted. I then posted it to Reddit as a link, received some views, refreshed my studio page and there they were.
These are good numbers for a new channel . We do almost daily shows and get between 80-200 on the first day on youtube . Most of our views are on Facebook and twitch as we multistream to alll three
I think it has something to do with the "watch on youtube" button. They have to click that to get the view to register because it then actually is viewed on the YouTube website. if you just click anywhere on the video it then is shown directly on reddit.. that's the difference.
