Officially there is no height requirement. But realistically, as long as they are using Soyuz launch vehicles, a very tall (over 6'4" or so) astronaut would probably not fit into the capsule. I don't know if the upcoming American launch vehicles are more spacious but they probably have more room than the Soyuz.
I am 5 feet 7 inches (1.7 m) tall. I researched how tall you had to be to be an astronaut. Sites agreed and disagreed, throwing out a bunch of different size references. The most common was 62 inches (1.6 m). That would put me at approximately 67 inches (1.7 m).
