25 Ιουν 2023 · If your Outlook inbox view has changed unexpectedly, you can easily change it back to normal by resetting Outlook using the Run dialog on Windows. This method helps to revert any custom view settings you may have applied, allowing you to return to the default view.
7 Σεπ 2017 · Please navigate to View > Current View> Change View to check if there is any custom view in the Outlook client. If yes, temporarily delete the custom view and then check if the problem persists. Meanwhile, try creating a new test profile to see if it helps.
As far as I know, “Right” option is the default setting for Reading Pane, for this issue, I recommend you first try to reset view via clicking View > Reset View. Or you could try to restore default views of Outlook client, then view if this phenomenon will disappear.
