23 Νοε 2024 · The 'We're having trouble loading your messages' message is gone now and replaced by just a blank screen. Also, since reinstalling, the item in the top right corner of the app that shows my initials and organization name is gone and every time I restart the app I have to sign back in (which was never the case before).
I tried everything from a new MAC OS update, deleting and reinstalling teams; deleting my library files. This silly thing worked or me: the app was open and I right clicked on the icon in my finder dock. I clicked sign out. I then closed the app and restarted. After logging back in, the whole app refreshed and it seems to be back and working.

18 Μαΐ 2023 · When I open the Teams App and Web Page, the Files tab just shows as completely blank. I work at a company and multiple other users are having the same issue. I work in IT and we are having a hard time trying to figure out how to get the Files tab working again.
25 Οκτ 2022 · Teams starts to launch, the window is solid white, it'll hang until the app is force-quit. My workaround has been to run a script via launchd that deletes the ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/settings.json file, which causes Teams to recreate it - and then the app will launch.
