What you can do if your order has already been shipped: If your order is already shipped directly from Amazon by the carrier Amazon, you can cancel the delivery and request a return to sender by visiting Your Orders, selecting Track My Parcel, then selecting Cancel the Delivery.
To cancel items or orders: Go to Your Orders and click “View or edit order” to go to the Order Details page for the order you want to cancel. Note: If the order is sold by a third-party seller, orders can typically be cancelled within one business day.
