22 Μαΐ 2024 · Drain pans are located in the indoor unit, underneath the evaporator coils. Make sure to turn off the power to the air conditioner unit by flipping the switch that’s located near the air handler or furnace. Open the access panel or cover to access the pan to inspect for damage.

Clean drain pan and condensate drain by removing any foreign matter from pan. Flush pan and drain tube with clear water. If drain tube is restricted, it can generally be cleared by high−pressure water. Cut plastic line and work outside condensate pan and away from coil to clean drain tube.
