Double check the pregnancy settings in CAS for both your sim and the sim they are trying for a baby with. Make sure one can "Become pregnant" and the other can "Get others pregnant". If you still don't see it that means you could be due to a mod conflict.

17 Μαρ 2022 · This mod adds realistic childbirth options such as natural delivery and planned C-section. During natural delivery, your sim will arrive at the hospital and their water will break, they will then go into early labor and they can stay at the hospital for up to two days. they will get a total of 3 moodlets during their stay.
10 Οκτ 2022 · There is now a new option in the Sims 4 Realistic Childbirth mod for delivering your baby when you call the obstetrician. Pregnant Sims can call their obstetrician in their 2nd trimester and opt for a home birth!
25 Απρ 2023 · Once players have a pregnant sim, they will need to complete several steps to ensure that the sim utilizes the mod assets. Players will first have to use their sims phone to call an Obstetrician. This will bring up a menu that shows the various types of birthing options available.
