Double check the pregnancy settings in CAS for both your sim and the sim they are trying for a baby with. Make sure one can "Become pregnant" and the other can "Get others pregnant". If you still don't see it that means you could be due to a mod conflict.

Sims can now “Sway Together” with their partner or use the yoga ball to have the attending sim give a back massage. Taking a bath or shower can also now help sims induce labor as well as speed up their dilation.
