18 Μαρ 2020 · I had to link my EG account to my shift because they game refused to let me connect without a EG account. Seems to be consistent across most games that were locked to epic and have cross play. Link your EG account. if that doesn't work you'll likely have to manually let it through your firewall.

Any user that does not already have an existing SHiFT account can create one directly from in-game in Borderlands 3. From either the Main Menu or In-Game Pause Menu, go to the Social menu Tab over to the SHiFT Menu
Not sure if anyone is still having this issue, but you need verify your D.O.B in your SHiFT account.
23 Μαρ 2023 · Hello, I have redeemed some keys on the GearBox SHIFT web page (account is linked to Steam). The game keeps telling me "all players must be connected to SHIFT" when I click the Go online button in-game.
As the title states, I can't connect to shift on my Xbox to play online. I get the "This feature requires all active players to be connected to gearbox software shift" message and I'm the only one on my system.
