16 Σεπ 2022 · Word doesn't have fields that will display those statistics. As a workaround, you can select a section, then choose Review>Word Count to get the number of selected words. The word count dialog includes an option to ignore textboxes, footnotes and endnotes.

If you want to count words in the entire document, simply click anywhere in the text. Press Ctrl + Shift + G. 3. Check word count in the Status Bar
Word can insert the word count into your document and update that information as often as you want. Select in your document where you want the word count to appear. Go to Insert > Quick Parts > Field.
2 Ιουλ 2024 · Click on Word Count. Select Word Count from the Tools menu dropdown. A box displaying the number of words, characters, lines, pages and paragraphs will appear on the screen. The word count for a selected portion of text will usually be displayed in the bottom bar of your document.
