If you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, we offer a 14-day period for refunds. You can’t request a refund if you have downloaded one or more designs. To request a refund, contact Customer Support within 14 days of renewal. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.
Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription with Vista Social: 1. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing. 2. Click to select Cancel subscription and close account. 3. Read the account cancellation warning and click Continue with deactivation to cancel your account.
