Costumes are skins that you can obtain from the daily rewards or from the Costume shop for Gems. They will only change your Hero's appearance, and not your hero's attacks and animations. Costumes are only cosmetics and do not provide you in-game advantages.
Collection Stats bonuses are sub stats that players can get by getting different Heroes and Costumes. Each character gives the same amount of points as their cost in the shop, except for starter characters that give 100 points. Here are all the bonuses.

Awake gems is a new currency that can obtain from R$ (If you are rush), or from free way like doing speed raid for 25 times (Give 125) and from raid (10% drop, about 2 or 3). The amount to awake the character is always 500 each and can be upgrade anytime.
