24 Σεπ 2020 · Uzukee will not add over heaven stands, this is just a fanmade. This stand is obtained with completing DIO Over heaven's quest, Kill 37 Stand user (Only prestage 3, requiem users, tusk act 4 users and LT), Find green baby, find DIO's Diary. after that you need to Defeat DIO.
Star Platinum has access to Star Finger and Inhale, two powerful stun tools which allow for easier damage output and better combos. Star Platinum's best move is probably Star Finger, as it has a very long range and works well as both a combo starter and extender with it's very good stun time.

Star Platinum Over Heaven is the Stand of Heaven Ascended Jotaro Kujo. Among the very first Over Heaven Stands introduced, it is featured along with The World Over Heaven in JoJo Bizarre Adventures: Eyes of Heaven.
You can use it as a combo starter, to get punches in, or to make/close distance between you and the opponent. Only good for bad players, most players will hold block. Sometimes people stated that Star Platinum has the most combo potential than other stand, So there is not a best spec for it.
