I wish someone builds a custom ROM for the Echo show, seriously the OS sucks. The device would be so useful and perhaps they would have better sales if the software was good. I thought of writing to the Echo Show team, but I couldn't find a way to reach out to them either.

I've recently been interested in possibly loading a custom firmware on my Alexa as I started caring about privacy. The issue is, this is the 3rd gen Alex echo show 5 which runs their custom OS instead of Android like their old ones.
