No, it’s not really something someone can learn like other languages. The last human to speak it was Enoch, hence the name. In use, it’s really more of a symbolic/theurgic script, sort of like the use of Hebrew in Solomonic magick. Or like gematria.
Enochian alphabet. The Enochian alphabet first appeared during the 16th century. The Court Astrologer and Magician, Dr. John Dee (1527-1608), and his associate, Sir Edward Kelly (1555-1597) claimed that the alphabet and the Enochian language was transmitted to them by angels.

Enochian as a pseudo language can be learned quite easily. This may sound impossible, however most university courses require more memorization in one semester! There are approximately 500 Enochian words that are contained within the original diaries (that I have found in the Enochian dictionaries).
