First, you’ll need to link your Twitch account to PlayStation Network by following the directions on your screen and scanning the QR code, or inputting the code provided to twitch.tv/activate . If you already linked your PlayStation Network and Twitch accounts on PS4, you’ll be able to migrate that to PS5 during this process.
The issue is only one PSN account can be linked with the Twitch account. Do you use multiple PSN accounts? Did you use a different PSN account in the past to link with Twitch? You have to log into the original PSN account you linked to Twitch and unlink it from PSN.

I tried to link my PS4 acc to my Twitch to stream and nothing is working, sometimes I see the code pop up but before I have the time to put it in, it says I've lost connection to servers. Or the CE-35327-0 Pops up. It's really frustrating and I have no clue how to fix it.
