It's a long shot, but the hyperlink is https://help.netflix.com/help#startChat. Clicking on live chat just loads up a chat window in the corner of the page, so you may be able to force it.
You can also make requests and offer suggestions via the chat function in the help center. I asked for the option to disable auto-previews in the browse menu. I want to avoid accidental spoilers among other reasons. The fellow in chat was happy to take the feedback, but they can't guarantee anything of course so don't take it out on them :)
Ability to create a wishlist or filter with certain upcoming movies/shows or even certain directors/producers/actors that can notify and add to my list automatically. This could be VERY useful for those negotiating future contracts and for Netflix to gauge what people are most wanting to see. Increase bitrate for 4K Ultra HD/Dolby Vision titles.
