14 Απρ 2024 · These facilities provide hospital-level care to stroke survivors who need intense 24-hour a day care under the direct supervision of a rehabilitation physician. Patients usually remain in the facility for two or three weeks and participate in an intensive, coordinated rehabilitation program.
Your care team will diagnose and coordinate the rehabilitation services you’ll need after a stroke. In addition, we can prescribe medications and other treatments to help you function as well as possible.
