24 Νοε 2016 · Do a cone drill and a cone bolt tip, arc weld the bolt. Do a passing-through drill almost the bolt diameter to make it weak, then pass another threader, and then the one the bolt was. Use salted water electrolysis to dissolve steel. Then finish unscrew it by any means :) My experience: Propane torch, very few tries, but see they need a lot of heat.

15 Ιουλ 2016 · Smacking the head of the bolt a few times with a hammer can help, as can doing a small 'tightening' turn before loosening it. However, the best way is to hit it with heat. The aluminum case itself is going to expand significantly faster than the bolt, so that can break up the corrosion enough to unbolt it.
Heat the corroded bolt by placing the neutral flame of the oxy-acetylene torch 3 to 4 inches away from the head of the bolt. Aluminum will draw heat from the bolt, so you will need to heat the bolt longer than a standard carbon bolt.

6 Ιαν 2020 · Sometimes a seized bolt needs extra force to pry it loose. If the bolt still won’t budge after the previous step, tap on the wrench with a mallet as you pull. That will likely do the trick, finally freeing the stubborn bolt. All it takes to loosen a seized bolt is the right tools and approach.
